Visiting the website
Whenever you visit the website, the server records technical data that your browser sends automatically: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser type. We use this data only to keep the website running and secure (legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are kept by our web hosting provider, acting as our processor, and are retained only for as long as necessary for this purpose. We do not use this data to build profiles or to track visitors.
Fonts and all other website files are served from our own server. The website does not embed third-party content or scripts.
Cookies
We do not store any cookies or similar data (such as local storage) for visitors to the website. Cookies are used only by the website’s administration area, and only for logged-in administrators.
E-mail communication
If you write to us, we process your e-mail address, name and the content of your message so that we can reply and deal with your enquiry (legitimate interest or, where relevant, steps towards a contract). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter, and after that no longer than required by law or for the protection of our rights.
Donations
If you send us a donation by bank transfer, we process the payment details (name, account number, amount and payment reference) to keep our accounts and to issue a donation receipt. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation. We keep the data for the period required by accounting and tax law.
Links to other websites
The website contains links to other sites, such as libenskyaward.org, klubpatronu.cz or museum websites. Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of that website applies.
Your rights
